THIS MUCH

Sometimes in my quiet moment, in meditation,
I look within myself, amidst my many faults and imperfections,
And I wonder how much my heavenly father really loves me,
And I can feel in my spirit that He loves me this much,
And he loves you this much as well,

This much that He gave His only begotten to save you,
This much that when you feel you cannot make it,
He'll step in and help you through life, victoriously,
This much that He died on Calvary's Cross for your eternal redemption,
This much that amidst your many sins, faults, errors, failures and mistakes,
He'll forgive, cleanse and make you whole in Him,
He loves you this much,

This much to take every brokenness in your life and turn it into wholeness,
This much to heal every sickness and every pain which ails you right now,
This much to turn every pain into eternal gain,
This much to turn your mess into a message,
This much to turn your groaning into glories,
This much to turn every test into a testimony,
And every trial into a triumph,
This much to turn every beast in your life into His divine beauty,
Please stop running away from Him,
Just turn every helpless and hopeless situation into His hands,
And watch Him act out His love for you as He has always done.
For through it all, don't listen to the lies of the devil; for God loves you THIS MUCH!

TRY JESUS

Dejected, depressed, deserted and broken, is your situation,
Unhappy, discouraged, despondent and shaken, is your position,
Or perhaps, rich, famous and affluent, yet miserable is your description,
Or may be high, mighty, connected and well known, yet empty is your condition,
No matter your case, whatever your story, regardless of your pain,
I'd like you to ignore the skeptics and critics,
Look past the senseless and baseless debates,
And please try Jesus,
For He gave up the priceless prize of His life for your redemption,
So just try Jesus, 'cause I'm sure He would not fail you,
Why suffer unnecessarily when someone has already suffered for you?

Done drugs, sex, alcohol, done it all,
Tried rehab, psychology, philosophy, meditation, new age, tried it all,
Yet your life is far from happy,
You turn to certain T.V and radio shows, in a bid to find the right way to go,
Yet you still stumble and fall,
"Well, every way is the right way", you say,
But you know that all the ways you have tried so far haven't really given you joy,
You join the unbelievers and say, "What about other religions?"
And I say, show me one in which blood was shed, resurrection recorded and miracles followed,
Now that's the authenticity of Jesus-He didn't just come to lead a religion, but to give up His life for you,
We all should have died for our sins, but He took our place,
So quit doubting and try this Jesus,
Quit worrying and just try Jesus,
You may not understand everything yet, but start by trying Jesus,
Ignore the skeptics, critics, agnostics and atheists and just give the author of salvation a chance,
Try Jesus and I assure you, not by stories others told me, but by my own experiences, that He would not fail you.
How? You ask, just pray and say: Lord Jesus I believe you died to save me. I accept you today as my lord and personal savior.  Come into my life and make me fully whole. Amen.

UNSTOPPABLE

Separate the church and the state,
Was the misinterpretation,
Create a secular state,
Was the intention,
Shut the church folks up, eliminate Christianity, 
Was the resolve,
But through it all,
We still remain unstoppable,

Don't mention Jesus Christ, don't talk about the Cross,
"I feel discriminated against when they say Jesus is the savior of the world, 'cause my religion is different,"
What a shame! Some still think it's all about religion,
Well, I'm not sorry to say that Jesus is the savior of the world, the one true and only way,
How can I stifle such grace and love that scooped me out of the dust of sin and vanity,
How can I hold back the move of the Holy Spirit who empowers me daily on this journey,
When something great as salvation happens, we don't whisper it, we scream it,
So pass this message on to the world, begin with the United States,
It doesn't matter what they try to do, or what laws they try to pass,
They still can't shut us down or shut us up,
For this gospel shall always be unstoppable,

The gospel that we preach is far bigger than us,
So we spread it around,
The power we carry is far greater than us,
So we let it out,
It's not about us, but about Him,
"For upon this rock shall I build my church,
And the gates of hell shall not prevail against it,"
So this is not about some puny minded believers who are stupidly radical,
It's about the great I am than I am,
The one who shut up the lions mouth, 
So powerful,
The one who turned a king into a beast,
So incredible,
The one who divided the red sea,
So unbelievable,
The one who created man out of the dust,
So unfathomable,
If the gates of hell cannot prevail against the church,
No institution, no government, no musician, nobody dead or alive, spirit, or whatever, can,
Because the God force is so unstoppable!
Kill us, crucify us, ostracize us, punish us, shut us up,
The gospel will still continue to spread-SO UNSTOPPABLE!
