ARISE AND GO!

I understand that the troubles of life,
I have created within your soul a feeling of strife,
I understand that you have being beaten by the rains of pain,
And right now, you feel your life is without any gain,
But you still have to realize that in your dark clouds, still lies a silver lining,
Within you life and your misery, is a new beginning,
So please, Arise and Go!
For the world is waiting for your manifestation,
And your generation is waiting for your revelation,
Even if you don't want to succeed for yourself, you can do it for the souls of generations yet unborn,
Those who shall forever be grateful to you, when the veil of history is torn, and the curtain drawn,

Truth is friend, your best days still lie ahead,
In the midst of your struggles and troubles, you can still be the winning head,
No doubt, I believe there is light within your entity,
There is courage and resilience within your personality,
I know it, but do you?
Your greatness will not manifest if you give up,
Your stories will not be told, if you give up,
Your name will not be mentioned, if you give in,
And you legacy will not be chronicled, if you cave in,
Greatness still lies within you,
My friend, this is true,
Not on the mountains to which you mope,
Or on this mediocrity on which you try to cope,
You are still a beacon of hope,
And deep within you lies the light,
Which shall to the world, give sight,
So, come on, arise from the pits of self-pity, and the valleys of very little,
And soar to the mountains of marvellousness, and the heights of a higher title,
Go on my friend, spread your wings, and let the winds of courage and perseverance set you on a glorious adventure. Arise and Go!

MY LOVE WON'T WAIT!

I was willing to give you my love,
I was willing to render my heart,
I was going to accept you like an angel sent from above,
Together, we would have been, never torn apart,
Your personality was the only picture in my future,
But you said I wasn't in the picture,
But the truth is, when it comes to you,
I am willing to defy fate just to be with you,
But now that you are gone,
I just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one,
I just wanted to let you know, that my love won't wait,

Honestly, baby, you were the subject of my dreams,
Obsessed with you, I seemed,
Unable to get you off my mind, I became a fool for love,
Love I thought was sent me from above,

The one whose touch, within me, started a fire,
But now that you are gone,

FOREVER YOUNG!

As I meditate on the life we live,
In a world of continuous metamorphosis, I realize that above all, we have only one thing to give,
Not a gift of wealth, a present of riches, neither is it a token of material abundance,
But the gift of our legacy, a present of our dreams, and a token of our presence,
So, I realized that it is not so much of where I'm from, but where I'm going,
It is not such of the wealth or houses I built, but the lives I am building,
So I dared to dream,
I dared to be a beam,
Of hope, and purpose, with a mission,
To centuries, and unborn generations,
So when the curtain is drawn,
And the veil of history is torn,
I'll be alive, Forever Young, on the hearts of the souls I touched,

For when the curtain is drawn,
And our lives on this realm is done,
When the mortal souls of men transcend into eternity,
I'll be alive,  for I defied mortality,
My name imprinted on the hearts,
Of generations yet unborn, and my memory attached to spirits cannot be torn apart,
For when darkness closes on the names, histories, biographies, and dreams of many,
Within the chambers of the grave, as they lie lifeless,
I'll be alive, nonetheless,
Walking and strolling through the minds of men, and cruising along the waterways of their souls,
And within their lives and world, my life shall live a hole,
A hole that cannot be filled by another, making them whole,
As they reminisce on the life I lived,
And cogitate on the deeds I did,

So, Forever Young I shall remain,
My name being passed down from one generation to the next,
Forever Young, I shall be sustained,
By the dreams I built, and lives I blessed,
Forever Young, I shall be preserved,
On the hearts, minds and lives of the son's of men,
Across the seas, and across the mountains, to the four corners of the earth,
I shall exist and continue through the sands of time,
Living, Forever Young!

ONLY ONE WISH

If today was all I've got,
And my life was soon to end,
If one life was all I've got,
And that life was taking an eternal bend,
Into the realm of eternity,
And there lay just one wish within my mortality,
It will be to be with you,

When I said I loved you,
I meant it,
Every poem was written for you,
In spite of the fights, and the nights apart, I don't regret it,
In the light of your love, is where I want to remain-and this is true,
If I was given a second chance at my life, to repeat it,
I will gladly re-live it, with you by my side,
In all of my dreams, so wild,
It is you that I see, so in a multitude of wishes,
You are my only wish,

In a multitude of wealth and riches,
You are my only wish,
In a multitude of choices,
You are my only choice,
Even in the midst of maidens, all exuding beauty,
There is only one place I feel fulfilled, within your entity,
And there is only one place I feel complete, around your personality,
