BROKEN! II

May be you used to tust God, but right now, you are so broken,
You have forgotten how to pray, your bones are shaken,
Your spirit is crushed,
Your soul is bruised,
You are broken!

Your peace have gone away,
Your joy has faded away,
Lot's of issues on your mind,
You are presently going through the tide,

My heart is heavy for you my brother,
My spirit is burdened for you my sister,
I am filled with emotions right now even as I write,
And yet there is still a lot on my heart, which I want to alight,

I feel your pain,
But I don't want you to go through this again,
So please, no matter what lies you have been told,
JESUS still is the answer to your questions, His riches are untold,

Quit crying my dear,
Stop sheeding those tears, my dear,
Pick yourself up,
For the comforter has come to comfort you,
The deliverer has come to deliver you,
His name is JESUS!

It doesn't matter what your pain is,
May be you were sexually abused,
Mentally misused,
And even physically used,
But Lysious, you don't even know me,
Why do you care so much about me,

Yes, I may not know you,
But God knows you,
And through your pain and misery,
Through you heartaches and sorrowful story,
Through the anger, the despondency, the pessisim which you now feel,
I want you to know that JEHOVAH JIREH, the lord who heals, wants to heal,
He wants to heal your body, your soul, your spirit, your mind, and your heart,
He wants to fix you up, mend your broken heart,
And turn your situation around,
Go to Him now in prayer and trust Him,
And I'm sure He would come around,
And heal your broken life. Peace.

BROKEN!

I feel a strong pull in my heart tonight, as I write,
There is a message in my heart, which I want to alight,
I don't know what your situation is, as you read this poem, today,
But it is my prayer that you will receive a touch from the lord, today,

This is a message for someone out there,
Who feels they have been mistreated and left bare,
This is a message for someone who feels broken,
It is a word for someone who feels used, abused, misused, and is now broken,
May be by someone you loved or a predicament which has left you deeply shaken,

For that girl somewhere in India, who feels abandoned,
For that boy in the UK, who feels wretched and undone,
For that man in Russia who is about to give up,
And for that woman in the US, who is presently fed up,

You may have broken, by life's troubles,
You may have been shaken by life's struggles,
Perplexed, depressed, dejected and frustrated,
Tired, pessimisticc, and degraded,
Whatever your situation,

I have a word for you,
From the one who cares and loves you,
Who gave it all up for you,
His name is JESUS!
He's always been with us,

And tonight, this morning or whenever you get this message,
He wants you to know that He's about to raise you to a better stage,
He still loves you,
But would you trust Him to see you through,
I have more to say, please stay with me...

THE CLOCK IS TICKING

There I was, thousands of feet above sea level,
I was feeling elevated, I was on another level,
But right below me, the city lay in its magnificence,
I was amazed at the glory of its awe-inspring presence,
The Empire State, the Chrysler Building, the Statue of Liberty,
Just then, I heard a voice from within my mortality,
It was a word from the lord's word,
So to ignore it, I couldn't afford,
"The clock is ticking," it said,
Yea, I was sure that's what I heard,

But what does this mean, "the clock is ticking?"
Within me, my conscience was pricking,
Moments passed by, and we landed at the airport,
I got in to my Porsche,
Reached for a glass of wine,
I was about to dine,
Then came the word again, "the clock is ticking,
Son what are you doing?
For in a twinkling of an eye, this present age shall pass away,
All of the beauty and wealth of this mortal realm, shall fade away,
The King of Kings shall appear in His glory,
That long-told story,
Of His second coming,
Shall be seen manifesting,

"Son," the voice continued,
I couldn't drink no more, my dining was discontinued,
"The world is facing a crucial time,
A whole lot of people are getting confused,
So many have been used, misused, and abused,
So many others have been deceived, passing on by the seconds, dying,
Others are fed-up, depressed, pessimistic, tired of every day living,
Their blood pressure moving with the cost of living,
Son get up and go, start spreading my word, for the clock is ticking,

Yet in a little while, I shall return,
This world shall be reborn,
Those who doubted me,
Those who cut-loose and lived free,
Of me, denying my existence,
Profaning my name in my presence,
Using the unreliabilty and fallibility of man's limited science,
As a prove of my non-existence-evolution being one of their many evidences,
And the so-called Big Bang Theory postulated by a limited mortal being,
To try and explain the creation of an immortal being,"
The clock is ticking!
So what are you doing my brother,
How are you living my sister,
Still a Doubting Thomas?
The clock is still ticking,
Seek the lord while He may be found,
And call upon Him while He is near,
For yet in a little while,
The world shall see the glorious return of the King of Kings,
Whom they rejected, despised, and crucified,
Whom they belittled, degraded and denied,
Right now, tears was rolling down my cheeks as I began crying,
For it became evident to me that while I was wining, dining and living,
The clock was constantly ticking,
Ticking away, while souls pass on to the great beyond, unsaved,
So I ask you today, while the clock continues to tick, would you die, unsaved?
Would you ignore the truth and live like you don't care?
Would you ignore the truth and live like you don't care?
Think about it, but while you are at it,
Remember Jesus is the only answer, no matter what the world says,
And most of all, the clock is still ticking!
And time is running out!

BEYOND RHYTHM AND RHYMES II

These words that I write,
I pray will bring someone to the light,
These rhymes that I compose,
I pray will reveal to someone, their purpose,
For these words that I write are beyond mere Rhythm and Rhymes,

For if I write to titillate the sense of my little audience,
If I write to bask and glory in their presence,
If I write to appeal to their senses,
Write what they want to hear, and not what they need to hear,
Of what use shall it be to me?

So I write for that lonely brother who feels deserted, and abandoned,
I write for that sister who feels lonely and undone,
That they may find comfort and solace,
That their inner-joy will resurface,

I write in the hopes that the broken,
The shaken,
The ridden,
The used,
The abused,
The depressed, the dejected,
The frsutrated and the degraded,
Will find comfort in these words,
That these words will lead them to the true word,
The one and only, who was, who is and is to come,
He's name is Jesus!
Because after all is said and done,
I understand that my Rhythm and Rhymes cannot save,
Except they lead to the super-star (JESUS), who gave,
His life that we may live.
