Once an angel walked into my life,
With much glow and radiance,
Bearing a message; a message of love,
To be delivered to me, and shared with me,
With the serenity of my world,
And the fragrance of love in the air,
Into my life I took this angel,
Honored and cared for her,
Respected and adored her,
Then we embarked on a journey, to an island called Love
To a city called Togetherness,
On the boat called mutual affection,
And propelled by the force of soulful passion,
In a twinkling of an eye however,
In a manner so abrupt and unexpected,
The waves of misunderstanding roared,
The currents of disagreement swelled,
And the winds of separation threatened...
